Default Extra bass from stock bose subs

Since I never had the Bose system originally, so I put in around a 2800rms system of my own. However I am parting the car out but still want to have some base while maintaining my aftermarket 6.5s and 4 channel amp.

So I ordered the stock sub setup and wanted to run off my 2 open channels. I came across the write up below, and it seems the subs can handle quite a bit more power than the bose amp and has positive results.

So anyways, I will be doing it this weekend and post back results here as well.

You're going to get more bass out of your new speakers than you are ever going too get out of that bose sub. I'd recommend skipping it man.

I'm well aware of audio lol. I'm not adding new speakers. I'm parting out the z and just keeping some bass in the car. I had a TSNS in the car on a Sound Digital amp, i'm not expecting a world of bass from the Bose.

I've got Treo components which are great for high and mid stage, but lack travel in the soft parts for anything low, which the Bose seem to have decent mechanical movement available, just have to not burnout the vc.
