Yup, I told you about the resin and glass. It's not to friendly. Add wide flat strip of fabric or something under the box or even attach it to the top. Just two simple handles that would draped flat when not in use but easy to grab and pull to remove the box. Just make sure it's strong enough to handle the pull of the snug for and sub's weight.

Already did that. ;) dual nylon pull tab loops, just like the storage bins in the RAV4. I've been playing with fiberglass since 1995, so this isn't the first time it's cut me up like a shiv wielding convict.

In the middle of my final route, my machine died.

After 16 years of service, I couldn't resuscitate it, even after hot wiring directly to the motor.

Oh well, time to go tool shopping.

My Dad had one of those Craftman routers. Was nice for the price. I think it came with a small table too. Still waiting on your finish build.

Krystals are the official vittles of southern wrench heads.

Have you measure how much air is in there? I used a plastic bag and fit it into a square box with a known cu ft. Then I filled the bag with peanuts. I then removed the bag with peanuts into odd shaped enclosure to see if they are close to each other. It's not exact (can use water for that) but, it's quick and easy estimation.

I just estimated by squaring off the cylinders. I'm estimating .5 ft³.

Well, I have hit a stumbling block. I looked up my car on Axxess' web site for my steering wheel control and it's coming back with two sets of instructions. The wires in the Z are red and dark blue. The two wires they connect to on the ASWC-1 are flip flopped in the instructions. I wonder which is right...
