Got the cloth layers done. Time to build up the mat.

I'll have a bunch of clean up work to do once it hardens.

Wired up my quick disconnect.

You adding any felt or cushion of some sort between the fiberglass box and the spare? The sub will move the box and cause scrap and noise when it pumps. Nice build BTW. That hardener gets hot on the hands don't it.

Thanks. There's no room for felt. It's form fitted, snaps into place actually.

The hardener can get toasty. I used less hardener, so for the most part I had my gloves off before it began warming up.

I had planned on getting more done today, but the weather was kinda crappy and I stayed in and played with the kids.

Tomorrow, I think I'll final assemble the enclosure and do the Rondo interior coating.

This fiberglass is doing a number on my hand. No pain, no gain.

Wow it looks really awesome. Did all the clay come off the fiberglass pretty easily?

Yep. I used paint reducer. Dissolved it fast.

This thing fits in here so tightly, I need to think of some removal device. Done for now.
