Default What wing if you have a ton of BASS??

So I want to add a wing to my Z as I have a base Z with no wing but I have a ton of bass and I am afriad that the wing is going to rattle. Anyone had any issues with this? Or have any ideas what would be better to get. Right now I have been looking at the aerojacket duckbill but may be interested in other wings depending. I really just care about looks and the wing not rattling or making more noise as I do not race the Z.

Any suggestions would be great.

Nice!!! Love that set up. How much did they charge you for the total package? I'm looking at options myself

Kinda hard to explain but lets just say I have some real good friends.

This build took over 100+ hours of install with Fiberglass.

I don't think you will find many other Z's with two 13W6's in the trunk. i could be wrong but I surely have not.

I have a ton of pictures on this site of the build and on my photobucket if you want to check out.

Now back to the question... What wing??? lol

Nice, but you turn down the bass the same way anyone else would........ Eq and/or volume knob.
Is that a Zed Audio amp??

I was just messing around Ron, I know how to turn down the bass but why would I want to after installing a system like this...

Anyway.. all amps are JL, I have a 1000 mono block and a 300/4, that is bridged to just 2ch. Both are the Slash series

I have a Nismo and I had to put foam tape everywhere on the hatch plastic. I put them throughout so to minimize plastic to metal contact. I also wrapped whatever wires I was brave enough to do (defrost) w/o snapping the wire). I still have a little rattle when I turn the bass and sound all the way up. My woofer is pointing up like you're s. I have no rattle inside, however it's a very minor rattle outside. I do mean minor rattle.

I would have to say from personal experience that it's all about the setup and how you prep it for the intended purpose. You want bass and not sound like ****? You have to put time, money, and effort to prepare the area to take the sound.

I have only 1 10" facing the rear hatch, and I put in an aero jacket type 3 duckbill spoiler, and it doesn't rattle, actually outside the car doesn't rattle at all. Either way, chose any wing you want and just dynomat the area and silicon the hell out of the screws holding it in.

Basically , if it's installed right, it won't rattle

I'm getting a lot of rattle from the rear bumper I had used sound deadened all over the trunk and wheel wells but when the bass hits the bumper still rattles. Any suggestions? 2 12inch type R's powered by an mrp2000
