OEM Rays 19" Black

I got a sale a set of OEM Rays Forged wheels for sale. They were Painted black which is chipping in various spots. Only like 2 of the rash spots are deeper then the black paint. Just Needs a fresh paint or touch up. San Diego area and would love to stay local! Selling the set 700, OBO.
