That sort of thing does not happen in the absence of a major enfarkeration. It is hard to roll a car - they need to be tripped ....

An end-roll requires an even bigger trip or "launch".

Keep cool, understand your limits and "sneak-up" on the limit rather than assume you can maintain control at 120% of you and your cars limits.
