Out the door (VPP+Sport+Nav+ documentation $ 200+TTL) $ 40000 for a MT. Apparently, VPP does not allow the dealer holdbacks and Nissan to dealer incentive, really?

40K? Really? That's insane.
2009 Base+sport.....used, with 1300 miles on it. 29K (out the door). 12K is a bit rich for not having 1300 miles on it, plus a nav system (my garmin was 279) and the leather..... Oh, and I put an autodimmer mirror on mine for $69 dollars. Hope the salesman bought you dinner before letting you lean over the table
