Clutch makes thud noise after shift
When I complete a shift I'm getting a 'thud' noise that seems to be coming from the clutch. It started this morning and seems to be happening about 60-70% of the time. It happens when the clutch pedal has fully returned from a shift. Any ideas?
One the 12th I'll be taking the car in to have a new clutch/flywheel/CSC installed along with an LSD so I don't know whether to even waste my time with the dealership. However, if they were to install a new clutch I might be able to sell it quicker since there will only be a few miles on it when it gets pulled. |
