Third Brake Light

So I love every part of the styling of my 370 over my 350 except one, the third brake light. I loathe how they moved it to the outside of the car, anybody know of a clear cover for it with clear lights that turn red when you brake? I hate it so much I almost would have it filled in and painted so I can stop looking at it.

I haven't seen anyone do anything with it yet. I know that there was a discussion on how to black it out a while back.
