Dealer parked my car outside without bumper on

went dealer's body shop today to check how they painted.... And saw my car parked outside without the front bumper... Since I have CAI and there was heavy rain yesterday,

And saw my car parked outside without the front bumper... Since I have CAI and there was heavy rain yesterday, looks like filter got wet. I complained about this to maneger but he told me it will be fine, once the filters get dried. Am i too worrying? Should i recharge the filters with oil?
