New owner

I recently bought a 2011 370z (red) base model, manual. I am new at driving stick shift. I noticed when I shift from 1st gear in 3000 RPM and up it is fine but if I shift it somewhere in between it makes this grinding sound. Is that normal?

I've never had my tranny grind.

Unless, you aren't pushing the clutch all the way in...

I wonder if that has anything to do with the syncro-rev-match system? But anywho congratulations
