Is the 40th Anniversary Edition 370Z worth it?

I currently drive a 95 Civic, the only car I've ever owned. I am looking forward to a huge upgrade in a 370Z. The 40th Anniversary Edition caught my eye,

I currently drive a 95 Civic, the only car I've ever owned. I am looking forward to a huge upgrade in a 370Z. The 40th Anniversary Edition caught my eye, as I love the red and black interior. Do you guys think the price tag is worth it? How much would it cost to buy a base 370Z and have the same custom interior put in?
