12 Steps for Forum Addicts?

I am getting addicted to reading and contributing to this forum and and thinking I am getting addicted. I might need help. I am out of control some days. I can't quit. Do we need a 12 step program? My work is suffering. I am powerless over the forum. My life is becoming unmanageable.
