Will berk hfc's pass california sniffer test?

just as the title says, will these pass? I'm on the fence about purchasing these but do not want to remove yearly for smog. I know they will not pass

I'm on the fence about purchasing these but do not want to remove yearly for smog. I know they will not pass visual but the guy I go to never checks the exhaust for mods, just looks under the hood.
