Problem with my 370z hood latch

i've recently purchased a 370z, and one of the first things i did was to pop the hood open and see what my baby's packing, naturally. but when i close the hood, only one of the 2 latches actually locks, leaving one side of the hood closed while the other side is still slightly up. has anyone else experienced this problem? i will take it to the dealer asap, but just wondering if this was common

yea mine does that sometimes if you dont close the hood down too hard. You dont have to slam it but just let it drop from like 2 feet or so.

wow thanks bro, that was surprisingly easy. i was a little afraid and hesitant to do it so forcefully since my baby is only a week old. thanks again!

Yea mine poped up once while I was driving it was like the left corner wasn't closed all the way. I noticed it when I was walking alway and pushed it down and it locked. Lol
