Whats the best way to haggle with car ins. for worth of a car? I've looked up KBB which has the Z listed at roughly 32-34k (private seller and dealer)

I've looked up KBB which has the Z listed at roughly 32-34k (private seller and dealer) but craigslist has them selling used for 27-29k. Just wondering the best way to get the most value for my car.
