2nd Oil Change at Dealer

So I go the my local Nissan Dealer (World Car Nissan). The service rep asks me if I would like my tires rotated and if I wanted the expensive oil or, basic oil?

Watch out for these idiots!

'expensive oil' what an idiot. he probably means synthetic, but doesn't know what the difference is

He's talking about the ester oil (12-14 dollars/qt).
Tire rotation, yeah pretty dumb. I haven't met too many service writers that know many specifics about the cars they're servicing.
