2nd Oil Change at Dealer

So I go the my local Nissan Dealer (World Car Nissan). The service rep asks me if I would like my tires rotated and if I wanted the expensive oil or, basic oil?

He's talking about the ester oil (12-14 dollars/qt).
Tire rotation, yeah pretty dumb. I haven't met too many service writers that know many specifics about the cars they're servicing.
