It’s memory it’s 2GB, but the storage capacity is 16GB. Not sure which one you’re referring to. Here’s the retail link:

I had it enabled to fully power down when ignition is cut because I didn’t have a battery with reserve, then when I got one I never changed it. I’d say it booted up in approximately 1 min, but I never timed it. It was pretty quick.
