Our shipping department is OCD when it comes to packing parts. Everything is bubble wrapped and protected before shipping. Of all the kits we have shipped out, this is the first time something major happened during shipping. Regardless, we are here to take care of our customers and ensure that they get what they pay for and that does NOT mean "hacked up parts". We take a lot of pride in what we do and shipping garbage is not something we do...unless of course, you decide not to recycle the bubble wrap you receive with your kit.
