Really takes the fun out of driving the car, if I push the clutch in really slowly it doesn't make the clunk sound. Could this be the Hydraulic throw out bearing??
I'm with minicobra. F**k all that clutch chatter. I came from an 06 mustang gt with a centerforce dual friction, and it didn't make nearly as much noise as the STOCK clutch and flywheel on the 370z. And dual frictions are known for noise. Make a quieter clutch and flywheel setup and maybe we can talk.
