I've personally dealt with Gordon before from another forum and purchased from him, and he was great to deal with. He might be able to help you if no one else can.
Bernard was out of the office until monday so I havent spoken to him yet, I have no doubt he will replace the pipe thats broken, he replaced the muffler already. I'm just a bit disappointed having to warranty 2 different parts of an exhaust system, seems like quality control is not so great, at least on the day mine was built heh. Hopefully I have no issues going forward.
