Well, the Mustang
is a light car for it's size. It's only a couple hundred lbs heavier than a Touring/Sport 370Z.
Compare it to cars in it's class and it's a true lightweight. The Camaro comes in around 3800lbs and the Challenger tips the scales at over 4000.
To put things into perspective, a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano weighs about 3800 lbs!
