Living in Cali is very easy to get caught now. I even heard CHP officers have a device to measure your cats temp lol. Last year I got pulled over for just having my CBE. Cop didn't even hear it whether its loud or not. He say my tips are too big then asked me to pop my hood. Luckily I was all stock at that time. But yeah, things got really strict here recently. Hopefully we get the CARB sticker asap!
