To be honest you will want that cubby space. and the navi that comes stock in nissan vehicles even more so when it is not one of the newest models. It is very frustrating and not operable by the passenger while driving. Save the cash on all that crap and enjoy those red seats!!!!!!!
 i had the same options as you and except for the fact that white looks better with carbon fiber there i no reason i would trade my 40th no that i have it!!
