I know! I live in Orange County, NY. I got the tickets in Chester, NY next to the entrance of a mini golf place. The cop said he heard me getting off the exit ramp and then told me if I am going to fool around to stay on the highway because it's safer (but not legal). I wish I had a GoPro when he said that
