Wonder if you just tried calling Heidi and giving her your VIN. Don't tell her you are in Canada, maybe she could still find the answer? You would think all the info is still there in the same system.

Good idea. I just called, but got her answering machine saying she was out until 31 January. Either she's on mat leave or forgot to update her message. I'll try again later.

Wel, I talked to Heidi and they don't have info in their database for 40th Anniversary vehicles sold in Canada. She transferred me to Nissan Canada and the woman I spoke to couldn't find a build number info for my car. She suggested I ask the dealership. I guess we're SOL here. Fortunately, I'm not that excited about knowing the build number.

Lol I posted almost identical info about 10 months ago.

If you searched could have saved you some time.

When I called, Heidi was very happy to hear from me. She apologized for not calling me back sooner. Honestly Nissan's cust service has been some of the most friendly folks I have ever spoken to. It is a shame some of the dealerships aren't the same. My local dealership is terrible!

I just tried calling Heidi for the build number & her extension is no longer in service & the system hung up on me. Does anyone happen to have another contact person or extension I can try?

I called on Tuesday around lunch time and got her machine... Left her a message, but haven't heard back yet. Hmmmmm.
