Default The "real" cost of the 40th package

My window sticker says 40TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION 1200.00 but if you compare the total msrp price to a touring w/sport package the difference is only $780. The base msrp price on the sticker not counting the 40th and sport package says $34660 which is $420 less then the standard Touring model. Interesting cause the 40th comes with everything a Touring model has, right?

So fellow 40th owners, our plaques and car cover only cost $780, not $1200.

and the paint, and the special colored brakes, and the mere fact that it's a limited edition.

As a "for instance", the yellow paint last year and the black cherry paint this year were both a $500 bump.

I agree. Hopefully my sarcasm came through in my original post. I actually don't think the price of the 40th package is out of line. I even received a very nice 40th Anniversary license plate bracket that I didn't notice until I got home from the dealer. It was in the back with the car cover. I don't see it listed on the 40th package. Anyone else receive a 40th Anniversary license plate bracket with their car?

I got the 40TH anniversary plate frame. The dealer (Brasso Nissan in Calgary) even put it on the car for me.

I didn't think my dealer was just being nice but I can't find anywhere it's listed as coming with the package. Have you seen it actually listed some where?

My guess is it falls under the "40th anniversary badging package" But I haven't seen it listed by itself.

They should have given us two 40th plate frames! Instead for now I just took the Z plate frame off my 300 so the 40th looks proper. But I can see me getting another one asap saying 40th because that would look even better!!.........only because f***ing ontario makes us have both plates!
