Thought I'd get this going again. Thanks Vince for the VIN lookup. Just bought mine with 3200 miles on her. Can't wait to get off this deployment to go pick her up. Might be more excited about the car than seeing my wife, oops...

That's not your build number. That's the month and year it was built: Feb 2010. They built more than one 40th that month. And there were only 120 built for Canada.

Why did you write "Build 72"?

Try Vince's Lookup. If that doesn't show you the build date then call Nissan and ask them.

I was looking on the site for anyone having issues with the paint on the 40th Anniversary edition. On my 40th Anniversary Edition I noticed small paint chips on the front of the car which appears to be from small peebles or debris being kicked up from the vehicle ahead of me. No other vehicles I have owned chips or scratches as easy. Is anyone else having these issues and if so what have they done to about it?

The color and design of this paint is prone to showing the scratches and scuffs that you might not see on other colors. If they're minor I just buff them out with a light compound and then buff some wax on. Btw, make sure you are posting in the appropriate thread for whatever your topic is. :)
