I think it's easier and simpler to just install an oil pressure gauge, so that you can always monitor status and if everything's ok, no need to change gaskets.
That's what I did, 100k miles, 20psi pressure at idle. No reason to feed it money yet. For the cost of a shop to do it I'll probably just get a used 2014 up engine anyway.
