I'm in the same boat,

P0139 + P0159 = B1S2 + B2S2 Slow Response
P0137 = Low Voltage B1S2 (replaced with new, 0v still. Wiring is open somewhere, this bank had harness repaired previously, don't know if it was done correctly.)
P0037 = B1S2 02 Heater circuit low (See reason above, believe 037 and 137 are related and caused by the same issue, bad harness repair.)
P0158 = B2S2 High Voltage

Except the kicker is that they're permanent codes. So there is absolutely NO getting around it besides fixing it correctly and getting the module to read expected values. Im temped to wire up 02 sensor simulators just to get the damn codes to clear. What do you think your next plan of attack might be to tackle the issue?
