Default Berk High-Flow Cats

-SOLD-

For sale is my used set of Berk high-flow catalytic converters for the 370Z.

These have roughly 25,000 miles on them and are in good conditions. I am including used gaskets (2x triangle gaskets and 3x exhaust gaskets) and 4 mounting bolts. The two triangle gaskets still seem to be good (came off in 1 piece) but I would replace the 2-hole exhausts gaskets (can be purchased on Z1).

Selling for $ picked up in the Inland Empire, California or shipped if the buyer covers shipping.

Can I please have a shipped quote to 13501? I am interested assuming you were able to pass inspection in CA, I can't pass in NYS due to monitor won't set with my motordyne ART pipes.

Looking to add berks in NY as well. If you could confirm it passes that would be great.

A NYS inspector told me NY changed the law that no aftermarket exhaust will pass and the inspector would be responsible... Not sure how strict they will be

I work at a dealership,
We were first told that similar information in regards to the new law, however, after some discussion back and forth, we received a bulletin from the DMV stating "no changes have been made to the motor vehicle inspection guidelines" and that only the enforcement of previous laws and the new one for street driven vehicles creating a disturbance would be targeted. I believe their intention is to reduce the amount of obnoxious vehicles with popcorn tunes, and good on them. The intentionally misfiring sound type tunes from audis, VWs, and subarus locally are absolutely obnoxious.

Anyways, the high flow cats go on Thursday and I'll be driving this weekend with my OBD monitor hooked up, I'll let you know how it goes and the second all of my monitors clear I will have a fresh inspection.

Update guys: After driving for 120~ miles today with HFC's on, and OBD scanner hooked up, the check engine light is back on, Code is P2098 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 2. So I guess I'm SOL as far as NYS emissions goes.

I'm in the same boat,

P0139 + P0159 = B1S2 + B2S2 Slow Response
P0137 = Low Voltage B1S2 (replaced with new, 0v still. Wiring is open somewhere, this bank had harness repaired previously, don't know if it was done correctly.)
P0037 = B1S2 02 Heater circuit low (See reason above, believe 037 and 137 are related and caused by the same issue, bad harness repair.)
P0158 = B2S2 High Voltage

Except the kicker is that they're permanent codes. So there is absolutely NO getting around it besides fixing it correctly and getting the module to read expected values. Im temped to wire up 02 sensor simulators just to get the damn codes to clear. What do you think your next plan of attack might be to tackle the issue?

Got o2 spacers, going to try steel wool in the o2 spacers. Found a thread on 350z forum regarding high flow cats suggesting that works. Next step would be mini - cats (basically non fouler with cat converter honeycomb material in it) If that doesnt work im going back to stock cats and just giving up on any type of tuning on this thing.
