Your battery definitely sounds dead. Your battery tender doesn’t have the balls to charge-a dead battery with a draw on it ( lights, radio, ignition etc. ) if at all, it’s a maintenance charger ! Get a volt meter as mentioned above or pull the battery and take it to an auto parts store and have them bench check it.
