If you are still experiencing seat height problems, I would suggest you to have a professional welding shop cut and re-weld the mounting points for the front of the seat brackets by a little and the rear by as much as you can. This is will cause the seat to have a slight incline to the steering wheel which will give you a lower seat height (important if you track and need to wear a helmet) and more leg room.
