Yeah, the Z1 set looks cool, I may get them in the future.
Quick update: I took the advice on this thread:
Broken Breather/PCV Valve? and used this part from Autozone:

I haven't found any pictures of the replacement install yet though, so I took some. Very intuitive fix and easy to replace - just had to bend the bottom hose a bit to line up with the intake hole.
Upon testing, the throttle response feels better, and the car is idling with a bit more stability now, with or without AC.
