No, they don't use the same oil from the factory.
- GTR calls for M1 0W40 (European Version). And GTR comes with a real oil cooler.
- Our car's default fill is just whatever 5w30.
Don't worry about your oil temperature if you are just commuting. Our car has the same 3.7 V6 as a bundle of other Infiniti models that don't even come with oil temp gauge. G37, Q50 3.7, FX37/QX70, M37/Q70....
