While tramlining may be the problem, unless OP is driving on a lot of poor roads, it shouldn't be a "not fun to drive" problem. But maybe OP is just real sensitive to such things. I'd check out the suspension first.

As per Spooler, check for shipping spacers (if the spacers are there, fire your dealer and find a new one) and then have a competent alignment shop (there's a good chance your dealership doesn't fit that description) check the whole suspension. Competent shops are becoming rarer as time goes on so get some recommendations before choosing one.
