Thumbs down

The price is on their website, over $890 for a fiberglass lip. This lip was my favorite until i saw the real pics and the price. Not worth it.

Actually, I meant the pricing for central 20 kit?

Hello,

Pricing on the Central 20 product has not yet been released. We are working with them as we speak to confirm overseas pricing in a very difficult exchange rate timeline. Will update our site very soon as we know more.

Regarding pricing on the Branew items this is about where we expected the pricing to be around keeping in mind we are importing items into the US at an exchange rate that is about 25-30% different than the same time last year. As we could debate for hours: the quality of development, functionality, and fitment of JDM parts is top-notch. You should expect nothing but the best from a company like Branew, already creating some of best GT-R parts, now also focusing on the smaller brother, the new Z. Simply you get what you pay for!

Let me know if you have any other questions.
-Jeff

Thanks for the response Jeff. I'm actually more concern about the Central 20 kit. I was wondering if you know anything about their kit as far as quality, fit and finish, etc... I think the kit looks really good, so any more useful info about it is greatly appriciated.

I think the Central 20 kit has definitely been flying under the radar. I can tell you while I was there this car was sort of tucked away next to Bride seats on the backside wall of Top Secret. It didn't get much attention as I think it was being missed, but everytime I looked over lots of the big designers/engineers were all over this vehicle. Even Ben in our office didn't take much notice to it at first, and now he debates next to the Zele it was probably a close second.

Quality of fitment is top-notch. Central 20 we have worked with for about 4 years, mostly with the older Z, and always carried a strong loyality amongst owners. Most people know them for the Barker Bar cover on the older Z. Carbon quality is very good, equivalent to a Voltex or Mines. Fiberglass construction is standard for Japanese quality, very strong and engineered for the circuit. This demo car is already in qualifying for circuit racing as we speak. I think anyone that purchases this kit will be pleasantly surprised!

More Central 20 items released today, check out other thread: New Central 20 products

That's really good to hear cause I'm hooked on their design for the 370z. I can't stop dreaming about it and I don't even have the car yet. That kit is going to be mine once I get my Z and you guys are going to hook me up.

Definitely. I look forward to assisting you. When are you planning on getting your Z? What else are you planning to do?

but also, many BRANEW pics are like taken from a foot from the floor, so it gives a different angle.....if the pics were taken at standing height, it would look better !!

I plan on getting it around Sept. hopefully. My plans for the Z so far is to get the central 20 kit, Tein Flex or HkS coilover, MCR exhaust. Not sure wither I want to go N/A or FI to early to decide on that. I think I should wait for the tuner guys to do some more r&d on the 370z before buying more stuff. I wonder if anybody has started on cam development..?

Haha.. I'll try and find some "taller" photos...sure we have some. Most always want to be up close to see the details, so usually this is what we get. Pictures don't do much of these aero kits any justice IMO.

Sounds like a plan coming together... certainly fun to already see tuners wanting to tune before the car is born to them. Probably my worse habit my wife tells me. Haha!

No Cams yet that I've seen, certainly let me know if you find something.

Actually, the Branew front spoiler is clever in how it slips over the front end. Note how the original two teeth are covered over with a larger, squarer tooth. This piece is more substantial than it looks on the car; a design well done for an aero product.
