40th Anniversary Edition - 8940 miles

HI i am russmanZ34 here on the forum and 2 weeks ago i totaled my 40th when a lady w no insurance failed to yield to a left turn, so i have been looking for a 40th. Any reason why so few miles on this beauty?

Bummer ~ sorry to hear about your car! Our 40th has very few miles because we have a total of 4 cars ~ 2012 Nissan Altima and a 2007 Nissan Frontier which are our daily drivers. The '72 240z and 40th are kept in the garage and only driven occasionally. We want to restore the 240 and logically do not need 4 cars, which is the main reason for listing the 40th.

well here is my situation....i was told last thursday (4/11/13) that Annies damage was more than the allowed from the insurance..it was like over $23k
And the check from them should be issued to me early to mid week this week. and i will immediately payoff my lien of which the remainder is my downpayment for a new one ASAP. Then after my lawsuit (she had no insurance) hopefully i will have some for a reduction of the principle/mods. Now i guess my next step will be to find a lender that can get me a check to you guys. i will PM you with more..

Yep ~ she sure is. We've had a few offers, but none that have followed through. She now has 8941 miles.

Op glws. For Russman to even consider, your car must be absolutely minty mint (he daily his 40th prior to his accident, had 30 to 40k miles and still not a single hairline scratch).
