WTB: 370z m6 in chicagoland area

ill be looking to purchase a 370z with the upcoming few months. i would like to stick at around the $23k price range. Only requirements i have for it is that it must be manual, have low mileage, and have a clean title. I will be posting my e90 up for sale soon and have it sold within 3 months.
