I had a quick look underneath the fog light and i found the fog light wire was melted on the exhaust
I think that could be the issue causing the fuse to blow since it does get power from the parking tail light. I'll cut the wire, reconnect, crimp it and heat shrink. I would cover it with a few rolls of ducktape and i'll have my fingers crossed that it will fix that annoying electrical issue.
