Essentially, you can use the photo sync feature of iTunes (making sure to specify a particular folder to sync) to get the video from your GoPro to the phone. From there, you can link it to your lap data from inside LapTimer. Once you've exported the overlaid video, you can copy it back to your Mac using the "Image Capture" app. This is how I export all of my videos. Alternatively, you can upload straight to YouTube from the phone.
