Main thing is changing the lube. There are several threads about which brand of lube is best. Check for metal in the drained fluid.


As per Spooler, flushing the CMC/CSC would be a good idea. I don't think it's your problem but, going by the posts I've seen, the hydraulic clutch system is not very robust and does not like any contamination.
