It's not the "deep dish"-ness thats preventing fitment in front, its the face design.

There are three different face or "disk" options, L-Disk, R-Disk, and O-Disk

Your dealer should contact Work to see which disk will clear 370Z brakes. Its a popular enough car across Japan and US that they should know. Or just see if it'll clear GTR brakes - if they clear those they should clear anything

Bear in mind that if you want truly "deep dish" the next step is to figure out how aggressive you want to be

for example You could have brake clearance and a fat 5 inch lip if you really wanted, but you'd probably need fender work, camber, stretch, etc.

You sound pretty new to this so i'd recommend digging through the wheel fitment threads and finding a spec you like and then comparing it to available Work wheel sizes to see how much lip you gonna get in that spec
