No regrets with my 2014 gunmetal Nismo. I told myself if I were to get a 370z it NEEDED to be a Nismo. Anyone with a Nismo will understand the looks it gets from other people on the road. A lot of people love the look and just can't seem to understand what kind of car it is, which is why they stare at it (especially non car enthusiasts). Plus, a lowered Nismo with wheel spacers will catch way more "thumbs up" from people than a regular 370z, and I'm the last person to care what other people think - it's just kinda cool.
Whether the Nismo is worth the premium over the base and sports package, that's all personal preference. If you're not looking to mod much and want a real eye catcher, the Nismo fits the bill perfectly.
