Get us the pic of the original one we discussed when you can. We are starting to think they are getting extremely over tightened which may be causing the issue as it can gall the seating surface of the bleeder, They only need to be "snug"
The other one with the issue looks to have been caused by this as well.

Sounds like you got it fixed with the new screw?
