I went to one of the best doctors in the DC area this summer to have my Lasik procedure done.

There was a machine malfunction.

The machine used to create the flap in my eye didn't make it deep enough and it couldn't be lifted safely. So, I had millions of tiny bubbles in my right eye and a partial flap. The procedure was aborted and I was sent home to recover (it was a normal recovery, as if I actually had the procedure done.) Thankfully it was on the first eye, so I only had to endure the discomfort and pain in one eye.

If I wanted to try again I'd need to do PRK instead of Lasik.

I noped the **** out of there. Vision is precious... I went back to contacts.

Good luck!
