I have stock headers HFC and stock resonators and a larger Y-Pipe with no mufflers. My method was to gain speed at the beginning of the on ramp and cruise through in neutral from about 150 feet away from the ramp truck. I received my registration renewal in the mail with no request for emissions. Keep your HFC and keep
