The game plan is they will dry fit it, fix all the imperfections (little cracks, any fitment issues, uneven surfaces), mask off the CF parts, paint, unmask CF parts, clear coat everything.

BTW, FI CBE does not fit with ZL rear bumper without modifying the exhaust tips. However, you guys do sale the ZL rear bumper without the bottom piece. Do you have a picture with that bumper installed?

The material is just chop strand mat fiberglass with primer. Yes, you have to cut off tips of any dual exhaust; install the bumper and have an exhaust shop align and weld on the quad tips (possibly build a small "y"). This sounds more involved than it really is.

We can make the rear w/o the bottom portion. In fact we are doing that on our shop Widebody and building a diffuser to run w/ dual exhaust. Should have pics in about a week.
