good to hear that it's not too serious. my pops had two surgeries on his shoulder (almost 2 yrs in a row) due to too much golfing. lol
operation took no more than 1hr and was back home the same day.

wow, they call those ten-k meters in japan. man-poke (not related to pokemon). man is ten thousand, po is steps ke is short for kei (meter/guage). if you walk 10K steps, then that's
